Farmers’ Market-Widening the Circle
The South Euclid Garfield Memorial Farmers’ Market (1534 S. Green Rd., 44121) will take place on Thursday afternoons from 1-6 PM. We are looking for people who can volunteer at the hospitality table. Shifts can be as little as half an hour. We greatly appreciate any time offered. If you are not able to help out at the hospitality table, consider stopping by to pick up some of the season’s offerings. This market is a wonderful way that we can help support and build relationships with our community, and your support helps to make it a success. If you are able to volunteer, please contact Kathy Carvin at (216) 375-5902.
Food Pantry Assistance - Help Us Restock for the Summer
We have food pantries at both locations. There are 3 ways you can help: 1. DONATE grocery gifts cards (Aldi’s, Giant Eagle) in denominations of $25 & bring to either church office or place in the offering; 2. DONATE nonperishable items, especially tuna, canned chicken, canned fruit, spaghetti sauce, and toilet paper; 3. Make a monetary donation (cash, check, or digitally) and note that it is for the food pantry. If you are in need of assistance, please contact either church office: Pepper Pike, 216.831.1566 or South Euclid, 216.381.2953. Volunteers are needed to assist with distribution of food. For details, contact Mary Jo Garrison 440-423-0924 or Nancy Rapaszky 440-725-7214.
