Outreach: Widening the Circle

From tailgate parties to movies to parades, there are lots of ways to widen the circle through Outreach. Contact Outreach Coordinator Nikki Froehlich ( to learn how you can serve.

  • Valentine's Day Random Act of Kindness: Join us as we show love throughout the city by passing out roses from Garfield Memorial Church. Pick up 10 roses on Friday, February 12th from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM at the Pepper Pike Campus or 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the South Euclid Campus, and pass them out during the Valentine's Day Weekend. If you are serving at A Night to Shine Prom, you can pick up during that time. Contact for more information.
  • Valentine's Day Hospital Outreach: Deliver special gifts to children that will be visiting the
  • pediatric ER during this weekend.

    "Night to Shine" Feb. 12

    Garfield Memorial will host A Night to Shine - sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation - on Friday, February 12, 2016, at the Pepper Pike Campus. A Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 16 and older.     Food Pantry Assistance

    We have food pantries at both locations. There are 3 ways

    you can help: 1. DONATE grocery gifts cards (Aldi’s, Giant Eagle) in denominations of $25 & bring to either church office or place in the offering; 2. DONATE nonperishable items, especially canned vegetables, canned meats/stews, and personal hygiene items like toothpaste; 3. Make a monetary donation (cash, check, or digitally) and note that it is for the food pantry.     Kidz Club (South Euclid)

    Kidz Club is our outreach to children and youth in the South Euclid area. Kidz Club happens on Wednesdays from 3:00-5:00 PM. Kidz Club is getting HUGE. We are currently engaging over 40 kids each week. We need you to help us connect with elementary, junior high and high school youth in this ministry.     Change a Child’s Life - Be a Mentor

    If you are interested in being a mentor, tutor, or both for the Greenview Student Mentoring and Tutoring Program, contact Pastor Scott Blevins ( ASAP so we can start the process of having you approved as a volunteer through the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Schools.
