Flora connects Garfield Memorial Church to the Greater Cleveland community and beyond through mission-centered activities and relationship building. Flora buzzes around church taking photos, waving her hands in worship, or teaching in KidzSpace. Proud to be called God’s child and a cool mom of two sons, she brings to the team experience in volunteer development, partnership engagement, diversity bridge-building, and leadership presence at events. Flora has a Master’s of Nonprofit Administration degree from John Carroll University, and a BA from Emory University. Although Cleveland is home, she was born and raised in Philadelphia by Chinese immigrants. Her household rally cry is, “Armor Up and be God’s Salt & Light!” (Eph 6:10 & Matt 5:13)
